Ms Huang received her B. A. in Political Science and Psychology in 1994, and her J. D. in 2000, both from UCLA. In law school, she was on the Moot Court Board, and was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Pacific Basin Law Journal. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court, Central District and Southern District, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She joined Declues, Burkett & Thompson, LLP, in 2007 and focuses on public entity defense.
